The beach service of FOUR chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 1st and October 31st. Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5-acre white sandy beach. We now have a beach ramp! Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The community offers a gulf-front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second larger, seasonally heated pool and hot tub is located at the rear of the clubhouse. BBQ grills are located by the clubhouse. The reservable clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV.
