Welcome to Paradise! Maravilla is the most popular family-oriented resort in Destin / Miramar Beach, FL. We are a gated community with a large interior parking lot that includes a portico for loading/unloading, as well as 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, a basketball court, shuffleboard, two pools (1 heated for fall/winter vacationing), a hot tub, workout facility, and bike racks. In addition, there is a clubhouse available for rental for your private parties or gatherings. There is plenty of green space for the children to run and play safely, as well as a pet potty area, and most importantly, we have a 2.5-acre private beach which is the largest private beach in the area. We now have a beach ramp! No more stairs! For large groups, if rented far enough in advance, I manage the condo next door and it also sleeps 8 & so could be rented simultaneously to enjoy the close proximity. Our 3 bedroom unit has the largest floor plan available. It has recently been professionally decorated with a Tuscan-Style Décor, fully tiled & ready for you, your friends, your kids, or small pet to enjoy. The master has a beautiful new tiled shower with a matching mirror. Your "home away from home" is open and airy and has a 40 ft. balcony located off the Living Area as well as off the Master Suite. We offer 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas FREE per day March 1st - October 31st for your enjoyment, as well as cable & wifi. The fully-equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a ceramic tile floor. The coffee maker and blender will come in handy for hot and cold beverages and there is plenty of plates/bowls, silverware, glasses, pots/pans and cooking utensils so you don’t need to bring a thing! There is a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience. There are two Master Suites both with a King Size bed, HDTV flat screen, DVD and private full bath. We provide custom drapery with black out liners for those that prefer to sleep in. The 3rd bedroom is a perfect space for the children to unwind from a day at the beach watching a movie or reading a book on the new full-sized bed, although the extra thick mattress accommodates most adults easily and comfortably. The Living Area has a sofa that will provide additional sleep space for two, if need be. The HDTV Flat screen and DVD is great for keeping up with all the sporting events, movies and news stories that you seem to miss at home. In addition, we also provide WiFi Internet Service for your computer/tablet/etc. Of course, sitting on the balcony having your morning coffee and reading the paper or enjoying a cold beverage after a fun day in the sun enjoying the view, is always paradise as you smell the fresh sea air! We are a pet-friendly condo but do not allow ALL pets. Please describe your pet when asking about our condo. Cats are not allowed due to people's allergies. Non-aggressive, well-mannered and trained dogs weighing under 30 pounds are acceptable. Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.
